Plexxus and Mohawk Medbuy Corporation Announce Intent to Explore Joint Sourcing Initiatives

We are very pleased to announce that we are moving forward to assess a strategic partnership focused on joint sourcing between Mohawk Medbuy and Plexxus.

Over the next several months, we will be developing a model to best leverage the potential of this opportunity. We believe it can benefit our respective Members and customers – and, more broadly, the Ontario health care system.

Our intent is to establish a model that utilizes standardized, effective and scalable processes to bring additional value to the supply chain services available to health care providers.

We will be actively engaging our key stakeholders throughout the course of this assessment.
